Jaime Nosworthy is the CEO of The Pistol. Over her 8+ years at the business, she has risen through the ranks from Sales and Marketing Manager to General Manager of what was then the US-headquartered start-up success story known as Tiger Pistol. In this role, she was part of the executive team who navigated the successful acquisition of the eponymous MarTech platform by a US-based private equity firm.
In the sale, the Melbourne-based services offering was retained by the founders and rebranded as The Pistol, at which Jaime stepped into the C-Suite as Chief Client Officer. Shortly thereafter, Jaime led the business through yet another MarTech incubation and acquisition in the form of market-leading Retail Media Technology platform, Zitcha.
As a result, Jaime was appointed to the role of CEO at The Pistol, which under her leadership has evolved into the full-service technology and digital marketing agency proven to drive faster growth for their clients. Like the MarTech solutions that preceded the agency offering, The Pistol’s DNA remains focused on driving digital performance by enhancing ‘big tech’ solutions and solving what many relegate as ‘too hard’.
Throughout her career, Jaime has been a continued advocate for diversity in tech – in gender, background, identity, capability and thought, to enable a much richer outcome. With an eye for talent, Jaime has helped shape the careers of numerous young professionals growing their capability in tech and equipping them with the skills to thrive in a demanding industry.
In her professional life, Jaime is driven by solving for complexity, scalability and performance. By contrast, in her personal life, she prefers the pace of the Surf Coast lifestyle, and can most often be found walking along the beach with her two young sons and husband, Rich.
Reflecting this ethos, The Pistol takes pride in placing an equal emphasis on performance and tangible business outcomes as well as flexibility, well-being, and work-life balance.
