The Background

This client has been a household name in Australia’s retail market since the 1940s. With over 60 stores nationally, we joined forces with their team in 2019 and have since forged a close partnership with their entire marketing team.



The Problem

Back in 2019, our client was navigating a major period of change. The business was making the leap to Shopify and needed an expert pair of hands to navigate this transition with confidence.

While they had been previously working with another partner that focused on search engine marketing, they hadn’t tapped into the potential of holistic digital strategy.

The Solution

Traditional offline marketing had been instrumental in this client’s success to date, but times were changing. When it came to digital, this team was unsure how to navigate these new marketing channels and integrate their online and offline efforts.

So, the TP team brought this client up-to-speed and gave them a market-leading roadmap to follow. We facilitated digital and creative best practice training sessions to share our knowledge with their marketing team to make sure everyone was on the same page.

Plus, we helped their team transition to Shopify with ease and embedded best-in-class digital infrastructure in their website. This ensured the right framework was in place to drive performance, measure success and hold their marketing budgets accountable.

One of the biggest transformations we led was helping this client shift their print catalogues into a digital-first approach. We showed how digital catalogues could move the need for their business and empowered their entire team to learn and leverage digital best practice.

But we didn't stop there. After proving the benefits of online activity, this client sought out our expertise to continue driving digital transformation across their entire business. Soon they expanded our retainer to include new areas such as creative and SEO, just to name a few.


The Results

But don’t take our word for it. Last year, we successfully united offline sales with online activity to track conversions and offer greater transparency over our impact on their bottom line.

In November alone, this client saw a total online and offline ROAS of 18.9x, with a 49% month-on-month increase in online ROAS performance.

These strong results saw an overall 16.8%+ increase in online revenue achieved through the Facebook campaign we ran for this client. And this is just the beginning.
